In advance of our 2 week, 3-family Ambergris Caye vacation in Feb (2013) I reviewed the websites of all the major tour operators to compare/ contrast services and prices. Considering the size of our group and the duration of our stay I thought it best to establish a relationship with a tour operator who could provide for all our recreational needs (including golf carts) and VALUE having all of our business. After speaking with a few different places I found Action Divers & Adventures and was immediately impressed with their responsiveness, attention to detail and (esp.) their willingness to work with me to develop a totally customized package of services (PADI cert, SCUBA diving, family (kids) snorkelling, zoo/ mainland adventures, golf carts) that fit our budget. Roberto is the principal owner and Dive Master at AD&A and he took really great care of me over the 3-day PADI cert training providing totally one-on-one instruction as well as educating me on all the details of life in Belize. I found him to be very knowledgeable, courteous and professional, extremely friendly and a whole lot of fun to be around. His crew of characters (esp. Josie and Oscar!) made our family-snorkelling day an amazing experience for both parents and (small) children and they did an outstanding job of taking care of all the details… safety being the top priority, making everyone comfortable in the water with all the marine life (freaked out adults and children included) as well taking excellent underwater photos and videos.

Everyone in our party was very impressed with both the value and the quality of the service we received from Roberto and his team and are very happy to recommend Action Divers & Adventures to anyone heading to San Pedro, Ambergris Caye.
